ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, there is no First Information Report or petitioner's enquiry pending against the petitioner as on date and petitioner is not required for any enquiry. Earlier an enquiry was conducted in Current Paper No.219 of 2022 on the basis of the complaint given by one Velu and that was closed on 19.12.2022. Now, he is not required for any enquiry.

3. In view of the submissions of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), there is no need to pass further orders in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
