This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 132 days in representing the above C.R.P. SR.No. 1108 of 2022.
2. Mr.K. Ramanraj, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the above Civil Revision Petition was returned on 05.01.2022 for certain compliance and the same was represented on 29.04.2022 with a delay of 57 days. However, it was again returned on 30.05.2022 for certain compliance and it was represented only on 06.09.2022 with a delay of 89 days. He would submit that due to oversight, the total delay of 132 days arose in representation of the above C.R.P. and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petition.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one.
