Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and quash the impugned order in No.e/f/tp./3/11951/2013 dated 22.08.2013 on the file of the second respondent office and direct the first and second respondents to retain the patta in respect of 0.04.0 acres to be given to the petitioner in R.S.No.147/7 in lieu of compensation for the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in R.S.No.259/1.
