This petition is filed under Section 378 Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to file an appeal against the judgment dated 25.11.2022 made in CC 3816 of 2019 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Fast Track II at Allikulam Comple, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Mr. Yusuf S.Q, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the authorised signatory who represented the complainant company was affected with paralysis and his counsel also withdrew his vakalat. He further submitted that the complainant could not appear before the concerned court only on one hearing and he was not continuously absent as observed by the trial court.

3. In such circumstances, leave is granted as prayed for. 1/2
