ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a direction particularly to the fourth respondent, the District Educational Officer, Thiruvannamalai to pass necessary orders on the directions issued by the third respondent, the Chief Educational Officer, Thiruvannamalai.

2. It is contended that the petitioner had made a proposal for conversion of the petitioner school and the third respondent had examined the said representation and had called for remarks from the fourth respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent has not passed any orders even after a further representation was given on 05.08.2024.

3. Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondents.

4. A direction is issued to the fourth respondent to examine the entire records and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 04.03.2025
