This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the detenu, viz., Viji @ Vijayakumar, in H.C.P. No.1619 of 2023, that he shall stay within the revenue district of Kancheepuram and report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Kancheepuram, No.6, Ellappanagar, First Street, Kancheepuram, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. On being satisfied with the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu has been complying with the abovesaid condition imposed in paragraph No.7(iii) of the order dated 22.01.2024 in H.C.P.
