ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks imposed by Court in Crl.O.P. No.606 of 2026, dated 12-01-2026.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner

is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.606 of 2026, dated 12-01-2026., is relaxed and the petitioners is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
