Though the relief claimed is for transferring H.M.O.P.No.685 of 2019 filed by the wife for restitution of conjugal rights on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to the Court of the learned Family Judge, Thiruvallur, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2019, the petitioner is willing to have transferred his OP to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to be tried along with the petition filed by the wife.

2.Therefore, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of withdrawing H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Thiruvallur, to the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.685 of 2019. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
