(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the judgment dated 13.9.2023 passed in the writ appeals.

2. It is submitted that the name of learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent in W.A.No.565 of 2023, namely Mr.S.Veeraraghavan, is not recorded in the judgment i.e. in appearance portion as well as in paragraph No.1.

3. It is also submitted that, in the appearance portion, the name of M/s.Siva and Sesu Associates has been wrongly stated instead of Mr.K.R.Samratt, as learned counsel for the appellant.

4. In the light of that, the name of Mr.S.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel for the fifth respondent in W.A.No.565 of 2023, be recorded in the appearance portion as well as in paragraph No.1 of the judgment dated 13.9.2023. Further, in the appearance portion by deleting the name of

M/s.Siva and Sesu Associates, the name of Mr.K.R.Samratt be added. Motion is disposed of accordingly.
