This application has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the civil revision petition viz., C.R.P.SR.No.130371 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent states that the first respondent has no serious objection to allowing the present civil miscellaneous petition, seeking condonation of delay of 18 days in filing the main civil revision petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the second respondent has already been given up even before the Tribunal and they are only a formal party in the revision petition.

4. In the light of the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, and upon independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 1/3

5. Post the main civil revision petition on 26.02.2026 along with C.R.P.No.5140 of 2025.
