2. The petitioner is her daughter. She is the only legal heir.
3. After completing formalities, the petitioner was directed to tender evidence.
4. The petitioner examined herself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of her mother was marked as Ex.P1. The Legal Heirship Certificate of her father was marked as Ex.P2. Though copy had been filed, since explanation given is acceptable and taken on record. The Death Certificate of her father is marked as Ex.P3. The statement relating to the Share Certificate is marked as Ex.P5.
