This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26183 of 2022 by order dated 28.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2023 on the file of the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Salem.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Salem on 20.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
