For Petitioners In both petitions : Mr.Ullasavelan For Respondent In both petitions : Mr.A.S.Sriram ***** C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these petitions seeking to set aside the order dated 28.02.2018 passed in R.C.Nos.3392 & 3391 of 2018 on the file of the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Chennai - 600 034.

2. Mr.A.S.Sriram, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in R.C.Nos.3391 & 3392 of 2018, final order has been passed by the Commissioner, HR & CE, on 05.09.2020. Therefore, nothing survives in this case.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not aware of any such orders having been passed. Further, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to Corona, for the past 9 months there was no sitting and there is no chance for any order being passed by the Commissioner, HR & CE.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Commissioner heard the matter and passed the final order.

In the light of the above, nothing survives in both the petitions, the Civil Revision petitions are dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final order passed in R.C.Nos.3392 & 3391 of 2018, if so advised.
