This application has been filed, seeking to implead the applicant as a party defendant in the present suit.

2. The instant suit has been filed under Section 92 of C.P.C for framing a scheme with respect to the first defendant and for further other reliefs.

3. Since the applicant herein has been also holding various posts under the first defendant, I do not find any impediment in ordering this application as prayed for.

4. In fine, this application in A.No.1550 of 2025 in C.S.No.86 of 2022 stands ordered as prayed for. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
