ORDER

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 4 and 5 brought to the notice of this Court that the Civil suit instituted by the petitioner in O.S.No.31 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchengode was decreed in favour of the petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner succeeded in the civil suit, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this writ petition. If any grievance exist between the parties, the parties are at liberty to approach the competent Court of law.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
