This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.10.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for implementation of the order dated 27.08.2020 passed by the second respondent and for issuance of computerised patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.P.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that some time is required for the second respondent to issue the computerised patta in the name of the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.10.2024 and to issue the computerised patta in the name of the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
