ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.111 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram on 24.10.2024.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
