Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to form a committee comprising of honest officials and conduct enquiry as directed by the 1st respondent in its order No.0029/2017, dated 17.3.2017 passed in Application No.811/2016 by giving opportunity to the petitioner to appear in person and adduce evidence before the said committee by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2017 and subsequent reminder letter dated 24.7.2017 within time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr.I.Abdul Basith, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Nedunchezian, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent.

2. The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent to form a committee comprising of honest officials and conduct enquiry as directed by the first respondent vide order No.0029/2017, dated 17.3.2017.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent submitted that the enquiry was already concluded and a report was also furnished to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now he has received the enquiry report and seeks liberty to challenge the report.

5. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the report, in the manner known to law. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
