2. Mr.R.Advaith, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the Application in A.No.1258 of 2025 in O.P.N.774 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.

5. List the matter before the learned Additional Master-I for recording of evidence on 17.03.2025.
