This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders by order dated 16.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
