This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent on 07.02.2019 in Crime No.128 of 2019 for "Man Missing".

2.It seems that the second respondent lodged a complaint before the first respondent alleging that the first petitioner is missing. The FIR has been registered in Crime No.128 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. Now the first petitioner and his father come forward with this petition not to harass by the first respondent. It seems that the dispute with regard to the marital relationship, there is a case in HMOP No.199 of 2011 is pending on the file of Additional Sub Judge, Villupuram, between the parties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in Crime No.128 of 2019 without harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
