ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.494 of 2023 before the jurisdictional Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.494 of 2023, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
