this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner on the next hearing date.

Accordingly, on 12.02.2020, the name of the petitioner was printed and there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. This Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 14.02.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
