The petitioners seek anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in crime No.97 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC.

2. A perusal of the FIR shows that the overt acts attributed to the petitioners are not very serious in nature and it seems to have occurred due to political rivalry. Therefore, I am of the opinion that the petitioners are entitled to grant of anticipatory bail.

3. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Tiruchendur, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction http://www.judis.nic.in
