W.P.No.6317 of 2019 R.Subbiah,J., & Krishnan Ramasamy, J., (Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J.,) This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption, "For Being Mentioned", at the instance of the petitioner. 2.This Court has ordered release of the vehicle on 08.03.2019. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be directed to execute the surety before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai 3.Having regard to the above submission of the counsel for the petitioner, Para 6 (ii) shall read as follows: "The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai."

4.In all other respects, the earlier order dated 08.03.2019 shall remains unaltered.
