O R D E R

The revision petitioner and the respondent are son and father and there was a suit for partition in O.S. No.395 of 2017 that came to be settled before the Lok Adalat and an award of the Lok Adalat also came to be passed in Lok Adalat

Award Case No.333 of 2017 dated 09.12.2017. In the award, the boundaries of the properties have not been given and it is only to add the boundaries to each of the properties, which is already available in the plaint, the present revision is taken out by the revision petitioner.

2. The learned counsel on both sides submitted that the plaint contain the boundary description and while preparing the award, this was omitted. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, is required to incorporate a decree by incorporating boundaries of the properties involved in the decree, as per the description of the properties in the plaint, within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

3. The revision petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
