ORDER

This Contempt Petition arises out of the order dated 25.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16559 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General - VIII for the Respondents submitted that pursuant to the order dated 25.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16559 of 2024, the 2nd Respondent has issued the proceedings dated 05.11.2024 bearing Moo.Mu.No.7888/A/E1/2021 and thereby, the direction issued by this Court in the order dated 25.09.2024 in W.P.No.16559 of 2024 has been duly complied by the 2nd Respondent. The learned Additional Advocate General - VIII produced a copy of the said proceedings issued by the 2nd Respondent before this Court. 2/4

3. The above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General - VIII for the Respondents has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed and the Respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
