(CR.NO.3356 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on this petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.164 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.164 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the charge sheet is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer every Monday instead of thrice in a week at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m., is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
