LATE JAYAKUMAR, REP BY HER NATURAL GUARDIAN AND HER MOTHER INIYA@ INIYAVAL 3 VIJAYA 4 SATHIYAMURTHI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order passed in IA.No.82/2016 in WC.No.462/2016 o.no.WC.No.353/2011 dt.09/10/2017 on the file of the Commissioner of Workman compensation /deputy commissioner of Labour conoor camp at Namakkal (in CMP.No.21971/2017)pending disposal of the above CRP.NPD.No.4660/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Court by an earlier order dated 02.04.2018 granted a conditional interim order directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4,09,632/- to the credit of W.C.No.462 of 2016 (Old.W.C.No.353 of 2011) on the file of the Commissioner of Workman Compensation/ Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Conoor, (Camp at Namakkal) on or before 04.06.2018, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

From the records, it is seen that the above order of this Court dated 02.04.2018 has been complied with and memo of compliance has also been filed by the petitioner. In view of the same, the stay granted by this Court on 02.04.2018 is made absolute.

On a perusal of the records, it is seen that while granting interim order, Notice was also ordered on 02.04.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner has paid batta at the time of filing the civil revision petition itself. But, Registry has not sent notice to the respondents, as per order dated 02.04.2018.

Hence Registrar General is directed to take suitable action against the person, who is responsible for non-compliance of the order dated 02.04.2018.
