When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has duly complied with the aforesaid order passed by this Court and accordingly, the name transfer of the property tax register/ assessment in the name of the petitioner has been duly effected. In this regard, the order passed by the respondent has also been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, since nothing survives in this petition, this Contempt Petition is closed.
