(S).2025/ 0123/ 32/ 006644 and 2025/ 0123/ 32/ 006642 dated 07.11.2025 and further sub divide the patta in the name of petitioner as per the Application No.(S).2025/ 0105/ 32/ 447676 and 2025/ 0105/ 32/ 447679 dated 05.11.2025 in respect of the petitioners properties in Survey No.(S). 378/1A, 378/1B,378/1D and 379/1 situated at Sinnaveerampatti Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tirupur District and another one property in Survey No.86 situated at Kurunjeri Village, Udumalapet Taluk,Tirupur District on the basis of Considering the petitioners representation dated 02.02.2026.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and sub divide the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's online applications dated 05.11.2025 and 07.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the properties, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. He has submitted online applications on 05.11.2025 and 07.11.2025 to the respondents seeking for survey and demarcation and issuance of separate patta in his name. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the said authorities are directed to consider the online applications dated 05.11.2025 and 07.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking for survey and demarcation and issuance of separate patta in his name, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents 2 and 3 deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by issuing the following directions:
a)The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and sub divide the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; b) If the petitioner is found to be eligible for the issuance of separate patta in his name for the property surveyed and sub divided by the respondents, the second respondent shall issue patta for the property in favour of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date when the survey and sub division of the lands are completed after hearing all the necessary parties; No Costs.
