ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein apprehending the arrest on a complaint given by the Head Constable alleging that this petitioner restrained the defacto complainant from the discharging his official duty while on his beat and abused him in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. The case was registered on 16.07.2022. Till date, the Police has not arrested the petitioner or called him for any investigation. In such circumstances, the apprehension expressed by the petitioner is unfounded. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
