ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to forthwith register the F.I.R against the third respondent, based on the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore dated 17.05.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.15457 of 2024. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, F.I.R. has been registered against the third respondent in Crime No.106 of 2026 for offence under Sections 294(b), 354 and 506(1) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman (Amendment) Act, 2002 by the Saravanampatty Police Station, Coimbatore City on 01.03.2026.
