2. In accordance with the request made by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu vide letter dated 22.12.2020 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 23.07.2020 passed in CRP.PD.No.1072 of 2020, the period to dispose of the appeal in Coop.C.M.A.No.24 of 2004, is extended by six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. The Court below is directed to call for the records pertaining to the appeal in Coop.C.M.A.No.24 of 2004 from the Secretary, Karthikeyapuram Cooperative Building Society, Madipakkam, Tambaram Taluk, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. If they don't produce the said records within the time framed, the Court below shall initiate contempt action against the first respondent herein.
