Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 17.07.2017 made by the petitioner for cancelling the land patta issued to the fourth respondent in respect of Old Survey No.46, New Survey Nos.412/12 and 412/11, Belpatty Village, Manchukondapally, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District-635 102, measuring to an extent of 658 sq.ft.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2017, the second respondent has not passed any order so far.
4.Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fourth respondent. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2017 as an appeal and disposed of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
