ORDER

In this Civil Revision Petition (CRP), the petitioner challenges the docket order passed in I.A.Sr.No.5662 of 2025 in M.C.O.P.No.1751 of 2017 on the file of Special Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Under the impugned docket order, the IA filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay in setting aside the award has not been entertained on the ground that the award was passed After Full Trial (AFT). The Trial Court has held that only an appeal is maintainable.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file an appeal as against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.1751 of 2017 on the file of Special Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai District.

4. Without interfering with the impugned docket order, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to challenge the award dated 05.03.2022, passed in M.C.O.P.No.1751 of 2017, on the file of Special Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai District, by filing a statutory appeal. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
