No.492 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI, J., Mr.C.P.Sivamohan, learned counsel for the appellant made a mention after the disposal of the Second Appeal for extension of time for filing affidavit of undertaking. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter today under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant Mr.C.P.Sivamohan and there is no representation for the respondent.

3. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the appellant with regard to delay in obtaining certified copies, time is extended for the appellant to file the undertaking affidavit by two weeks from today.

4. Except for the aforesaid modifications, order dated 31.01.2024, remains unaltered in all other respects.
