JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that pursuant to the judgment of the Trial Court, the appellant has undergone the entire sentence and now, he has been released from the prison also. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this appeal.
