Respondents Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6343/A2/2011, dated 04.08.20211 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to grant promotional benefits and other benefits with 10% interest from the year of 2005 till 2011. This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 04.08.2011 in and by which the request of the petitioner is to appoint her as Grade-III Librarian was rejected.
2. When the matter came up for hearing today, Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate produced a letter dated 11.01.2022 submitted by the petitioner from which it is clear that pending the writ petition, she was further promoted as Village Librarian and that on account of personal reasons she has tendered her resignation letter. Her letter of resignation is also accepted and she is relieved from services.
3. In view of the same nothing further remains to be adjudged in this writ petition. This writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
