No.13 of 2025 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The learned counsel for the respondents / debtors would submit, in the presence of the debtors, that the debtors are willing to furnish a post dated cheque, favouring the applicant for a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- favouring the applicant on the next hearing date. He would also submit that within a period of two weeks from today, the claim of the applicant will be settled.

2. Post the matter on 07.07.2025 to enable the debtors to furnish a cheque for a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- favouring the applicant towards part settlement of the dues.
