O.A.No.885 of 2015 in C.S.No.677 of 2014 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., This application has been filed seeking to restrain the 2nd and 3rd respondents in this application/ 4th and 5th defendants in the suit from disclosing any information relating to the plaintiff to the 1st respondent.

2. Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the information which is subject matter of the application has already been furnished by the respondents 2 and 3, pursuant to which a charge sheet has also been laid by the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, Central Crime Branch, Chennai before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. A copy of the relevant portion of the charge sheet has also been produced.

3. In view of the same, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
