No.91 dated 14.07.2017 passed by the first respondent Government and consequential recommendation of the 5 member committee bearing ref. Nil dt. Nil as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.452 dated 20.10.2015 and to regularise the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department in the second respondent University from the date of initial appointment and to grant all service benefits from the said date within a time frame to be fixed.
