2. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit, the petitioners have come before this Court, seeking an early disposal of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits, a direction is issued to the District Munsif, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
