2. A.No.1257 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.95,000/- in the O.P.D.No.112359 of 2019.

3. Heard Mr.T.V.Ramanujam, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Bijai Sundar, learned counsel for the respondent.

4. In the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, it is stated that due to COVID 19, complete lock down was announced and hence the petitioners could not able to meet their previous counsel at Chennai.
