C.M.P.No.5339 of 2022 in A.S.No.150 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., By an order dated 29.04.2022, this Court was granted stay on condition that the appellant deposits a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore within a stipulated time.

2. Memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the respondent and the same is hereby recorded.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the conditional order of stay was granted on 29.04.2022 has not been complied with.

4. Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed.
