M.Swaminathan v. Umasankar Perumalsamy
C.M.P. No. 5437 of 2023 in C.R.P. No. 4381 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to grant time till 30.08.2023 for vacating and handing over vacant possession of the subject property to the respondent.
2. Earlier, this Court by an order dated 05.01.2023 disposed of the above C.R.P. and after the disposal of C.R.P. based on the undertaking given by the Revision Petitioner, two months time was granted to vacate the premises. In the meanwhile, his second daughter's marriage was fixed. So, he needs time to vacate premises upto August 2023. Already while disposing S.L.P. for extension of time, the Revision Petitioner was advised to approach this court and accordingly, two months time was granted, but now, since the marriage of his younger daughter was fixed, he needs time till 30.08.3023.
3. It is brought to the knowledge of this court that the Revision Petitioner has vacated the premises and handed over the possession. Hence, the prayer sought in this Civil Miscellaneous Petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 31.08.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
