ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31762 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Puducherry and report before the Thirunagar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31762 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024 is relaxed.
