The petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking to quash the order passed by the 3rd respondent in C.P.No.98/2012 dated 27.05.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the matter was settled between the parties. To that effect, a joint compromise memo has also been filed before this Court dated 25.03.2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
