ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.706 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had suffered heart ailment and undergone Coronary Angiogram procedure, hence prayed for modification of the aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner, vide order dated 23.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.706 of 2025. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that even after the said angiogram procedure, the petitioner appeared before the Trial Court; and that the investigation is pending. 4.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the reasons seeking for modification is not justified, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.706 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025.
