Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order made in G.O.Ms.No.195 dated 23.9.2015 passed by the 1st respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reconstitute the Academic Council by appointing the senior most faculty members as the Deans, Directors and all University Officers to nominate an Academic Council nominee in the Search Committee.
